This is our standard robotics course. Using the latest LEGO® MINDSTORM® EV3 robotic set, your child will learn to build robotic models, and even design variations that they can call their own. Most importantly, they will master the LEGO® MINDSTORM programming platform, a standard in many robotic competitions. The course is design to build and enhance your child’s problem solving skills in an interactive and fun way. This is a comprehensive program to immerse your child in STEM and build excellent foundation in coding and computational thinking.

for beginners age 5 to 8
This is a beginner’s course for students with no robotics experience. Using the latest LEGO® Education WeDo 2.0 robotic set, your child will learn to build robotic models, and even design variations that they can call their own. Most importantly, this will be their first encounter with introductory programming logic. The course is design to kick start and enhance your child’s problem solving skills in an interactive and fun way.
What Would They Learn?
Learn all about gears, motors, and sensors as your child gets hands-on experience building robotic models in their first exposure to STEM
(Science Technology, Engineering and Math). Learn to program their robots using drag and drop coding blocks, intuitive for their age group.

Why SCRATCH CODER?
This is a graphical-based coding program suitable for beginner with no coding experience. SCRATCH is a programming language that lets you create your own interactive stories, animations, computer games, web sensing games, interactive music and art projects, and even program simple robots. Developed by MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), SCRATCH invites your child to IMAGINE, PROGRAM and SHARE their ideas.
What Would They Lean?
Level 1 - Introduction to use of a computer and SCRATCH interface. Develop simple to moderate animation projects.
Level 2 - Develop interactive video sensing (Web-cam) games.
Level 3 - Develop interactive stories and art/music projects.
Level 4 - Develop computer games and program simple robots.

WHY SCRATCH CODER™ JUNIOR?
Scratch Coder Junior™ is a course designed exclusively to introduce coding to young children with no prior experience. It’s fun and interactive interface is designed to engage the students, and spark their interest in coding. Students will learn to create graphical designs, and short stories using touchscreen laptops. In the process, they will learn to solve problems, design projects, and express themselves creatively.
Level 1 - Introduction to use of Touchscreen Computer, the ScratchJr App Interface, and creating simple animations.
Level 2 - Learning about advanced functions in ScratchJr. Creating customised characters, and backdrops.
Level 3 - Application of knowledge to create interactive stories.

Why PYTHON CODER?
Python is an all purpose coding language, which means it can be used to build just about anything you can imagine. Professionally, Python has many application in web development, data analytics, AI, and scientific computing and used widely by tech giants like Google, Dropbox, and Instagram. However, due to its exquisite simplicity, its become an enduring easy-to-read, ease-to-learn text-based programming language even the very young can master. Our PYTHON CODER program will focus on building productivity tools, games and desktop apps, which is why its perfect for kids 9 and up.
What Would They Learn?
Foundation 1 - Introduction to PYTHON and its user interface. Learn about Variables, Numbers and Strings. Attempt projects like Algebra coding challenge, gather and combining data to produce meaningful output (Simple Data Analytics).
Foundation 2 - Learn about Strings, Logic and Conditional flow. Attempt projects using Comparison Operators, "If" statements and Logical Operators like "and","not" and "or".
Intermediate 1 - Learn about Python Data Structures. Using "Lists", "Dictionary" and
"Tuples" to produce a more comprehensive Data Structure project.
Intermediate 2 - Learn about loops and functions. Attempt projects involving Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and class variables.
